Several notaries in the Russian region of Chechnya have reported their offices to have been closed after an investigation concluded that a majority of notaries there were giving people financial favors in exchange for providing services.
The start of the investigation was triggered by an earlier report by the Prosecution Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office to the parliament in Moscow, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty’s Russian Service reported.
Four notaries in the town of Argun were given offical warnings, while 10 in the town of Arguni and 12 in the town of Mavkhet were sent to a special training course and suspended from practice for three months.
Notaries in Chechnya are known for providing services for people to emigrate from the region and are under scrutiny for alleged tax evasion, the report said.
The investigation, conducted by notaries for the Prosecutor General’s Office, found that a majority of notaries in the region were in favor of refugees.
The investigation was started after a notary in Argun filed a complaint saying that people sent to him by other notaries to emigrate from Chechnya were being given cash in exchange for allowing them to leave the region. The investigation found that one of the notaries in question had discussed offering the service to as many as 50 people at once.
Chechnya is home to several conflict-ridden breakaway regions under the control of Chechen separatists, which seek independence for the region.

I was reading a book a while ago on Data Structures, they defined some time complexity functions like Omega(nlog(n)) and for sequences for example set or list their time complexity function is O(n). This made me realize that I needed to learn what are the different types of the time complexity functions.
