Adobe Photoshop Elements is basically Photoshop in a stripped down form, containing all of Photoshop’s editing and design features, but not requiring a subscription to Creative Cloud. For those who want to pay something for a piece of software, Adobe Photoshop Elements is a good choice for an inexpensive alternative.
If you’re looking for a more streamlined, advanced graphics editor, you’ll be better off with other software, like Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Elements, or the programs in the GIMP set of open source graphic editors.

Scott Pruitt, the embattled head of the Environmental Protection Agency, has submitted his resignation just six months into his job.

Pruitt’s tenure has been marked by ethics scandals, including him reportedly using first-class and business class travel on dozens of occasions when flying coach would be less costly, according to New York Times stories.
He’s also been blamed for significant spending and schedule changes to Pruitt’s Washington residence, costing taxpayers $43,000 in the last quarter.Q:

Photoshop is a tool to help you organize your project, but sometimes you need to get a close-up look at what you’re doing to properly see what you’re doing.
This can be a helpful tool in taking a close up of a region of a photo or a large group of photos.
In the following video, I’m working on a set of photos that need extensive retouching and compositing.
At this point, I’m already seeing some areas that would look better as a brand new file (composite or retouch).
The problem is, this is a small area of the photo so I don’t want to go through the work I need to do to turn this area into a new file and just move the original back into the original photo.
Instead, I want to look at the individual photos and make some changes.
Now I know what needs retouching and what I need to do to it before moving it to a new layer, and I can keep working on the project in a timely manner.
