TreeDyn detects for you all meta-information variables on the tree, and then creates corresponding annotation classes.
It generates a csv file of the annotations. This file can be imported in standard tools like dendroscope, for instance.
The csv and the tree are linked to each other. This gives you the possibility to update the meta-information in a grid, and see immediately the changes on the tree.
Similarly, the meta-information is also linked to a full dendrogram. This is useful for a full analysis of your data.
Finally, TreeDyn understands the newick format and can handle it as well.
