The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a GaN-based compound semiconductor light emitting element using a metal organic chemical vapor deposition method, for example.
A light emitting element such as a GaN-based compound semiconductor is conventionally manufactured in the following manner: after a nitrogen-containing substrate, for example, a sapphire substrate, is cleaned, a film of a GaN-based compound semiconductor is formed on the substrate by the MOCVD method, then the film is subjected to the etching treatment using a hydrochloric acid solution or a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid to remove unnecessary portions, and the resultant substrate is cleaned using a neutral detergent.
Further, a method of manufacturing a GaN-based compound semiconductor light emitting element with high efficiency is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-207137.
As shown in FIG. 5, a nitride semiconductor layer 56 is formed by the MOCVD method on a sapphire substrate 57. After the nitride semiconductor layer 56 is subjected to the etching treatment using a neutral detergent, the surface of the nitride semiconductor layer 56 is cleaved so that a wafer can be obtained. The nitride semiconductor layer 56 includes a plurality of light emitting elements.
On the surface of the wafer which is prepared as described above, a plurality of electrodes and a wiring conductor 57 are formed.
As shown in FIG. 6, the nitride semiconductor layer 56 is cleaved along a scribed line 58, thereby separating a light emitting element 59 from the wafer. At this time, the wiring conductor 57 is removed by a scribing etching method using a mixed solution of ammonium hydroxide and perchloric acid.
The nitride semiconductor layer 56 has a flat surface to which a certain level of surface flatness is imparted, and the light emitting element is formed to be nearly flat.

This is done, however, and it gets you involved in the game right away with no problem. Finding the locations on your map is a lot easier in this game than some of the other ones out there, because you do not have to follow a series of directions, but instead are presented with a map which you can explore freely at your leisure. After that point, you start to learn more about this World, and it is apparent from the beginning that the towns, what I refer to as them, are highly detailed, and this shows a lot of time and effort in making this game, and that effort is definitely shown. Even though I do not get the chance to see this in this new game, the environments I have seen of this game feel incredibly welcoming, something I really appreciate.

      The battles are nothing to write home about in any way, as there are always two or three enemies on screen, and you use the abilities of your warrior in order to fight your way through to victory. Your basic abilities will consist of what weapons you carry, because there will be different weapons for every weapon type, and additional abilities like Heal, or Defense. Your base abilities will be your basic attack, such as a Dodge or a Strength attack, and each of these abilities provides you with a different level of strength. If you use a bow, you will have to build up the energy you use to fire the arrow, this is your Stamina, and the higher your Stamina level is, the more powerful the arrow you fire
