The short story is about the relation between Arthur and other party members. The ELDEN RING: Rise, Tarnished, and be guided by grace to brandish the power of the Elden Ring and become an Elden Lord in the Lands Between is an action RPG with an epic hero drama that brings to life the Lands Between.
The Lands Between consist of a variety of places, with their own special rules and laws.
In the World between, the heroes/players can freely move anywhere, and the landscape changes with every step taken.
Unlike ordinary fantasy action RPGs, the gameplay and interaction system of The ELDEN RING is completely different.
Players can experience the different worldviews of the Lands Between while interacting with other characters.
Also, in the case where a player dies, they can view the hero’s memories and words as an NPC, showing the actions of the other characters in the world.
The game blends together a variety of different genres, such as turn-based strategy, action RPG, and etc., and creates a new genre – a fantasy action RPG with an epic hero drama.
2. An Epic Drama Born from a Myth
Depending on the different viewpoints of the different characters, the actions of the main characters take place over four weeks, and three weeks pass in the World between.
And each week, another weekend appears.
Within those weekends, there are two stages:
‘A week of discovery’:
During the week, the members of the party are separated and shown their own world.
The goal is to meet with these other characters and figure out the meaning of the rumors they are hearing.
