question: flexisign pro 7.6v2 v2 soft keys and hardware keys doesn’t connect to internet and coming up with error that flexisign needs internet to connect because the computer is updated i did a system restore as shown under (we had to do a system restore because windows 10 installed another version of software..and the computer got stuck at a black screen with a windows circle in the left corner) and when the flexisign software downloaded and installed the installation was successful but when we tried to connect to the internet it wouldn’t work we tried turning the firewall off after that but still did not work. i then installed a fresh copy of windows 10 and updated the software and it still would not connect any ideas what i can do to fix this
my soft keys wont connect to the internet, it is set to connect to the internet but is coming up with the error that soft keys needs internet connection. the internet is working fine with other applications on my laptop but when trying to run a program such as flexisign it wont connect. it is a samsung laptop and its not a wireless connection but direct connection to the modem. it also updates itself but it wont let me update with a new version because it says that a newer version is already installed any ideas why it wont connect to the internet
hi i have an old flexisign pro 7.5soft keys and hardware keys and there connection to the internet is cut off i have downloaded a new version of softkeys and hardware keys and it is not working i am currently on a new windows 10 computer and i can use the internet connection on that computer but when i download the softkeys or hardware keys it wont connect to the internet any help would be greatly apreciated
i am working on a flexisign pro project. i am not familiar with flexisign. what i am trying to do is produce a video on to a dvd. i can print with and import images from my digital camera. i have images that i want to have placed in the middle of the video. when i play back the video the images are on the video. i would like to have it so that i can place the images inside the video instead of on the video. it is a post card video.
i have tried every version and nothing works. it will not recognize the selected items in any of the sheets in any version. they do not show up in the list of selections. this happens with every version of flexisign. this happens with every version of the latest update in flexisign. i have used the remove all and select all. i have chosen in the software the option to select all items. i have chosen the option to clear selections.
hi, do you have any experience with flexisign pro cloud? i have some files that i need to run through it and the upload to the cloud is working well but when i get to the production manager it crashes. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no go. i would like to know what to check?
flexisign pro is not working when i click on the logo to open the program. the screen comes up but it just says that flexisign has stopped working. i have tried the uninstall and reinstall of the program. i have tried a few different version of the program. it is either my pc or the flexisign pro v8 and it is causing issues. i really want to continue with my project but it is not working. is there a way to fix this.
