Theme Park Tycoon 2 Script
Where did the funny go?
While this film is not nearly as funny as the first one, it offers a lot of laughs, especially in the opening act. One might call it a comedy with a message, but it delivers its message in all right ways, and I personally didn’t find this to be what was intended by the studio. It’s true that at the beginning of the film, people are inspired by Ricky’s joke, but he never manages to do anything, and that makes his popularity fade quickly. It’s not that he becomes lame, it’s that he never becomes cool.
I’m not sure how much of this film is meant to be political, given that it’s kind of about the fact that we don’t realize our basic physical needs unless we’re sick, disabled or old. However, the script deals with many of the basic aspects of poverty: Crime, neglect, child abuse, drug use and mental illness.
But when I watched this film, I didn’t notice any of these things. What I noticed was a young boy who used to have lots of energy and very funny jokes, and in a way, he seems to me like a child I knew in a past life. I don’t mean this is a normal kid, but it’s like he makes his living by making lame jokes, and somehow that gets him laughs. I can’t tell if this is a positive or negative message, but it’s a positive message for some people. To be reminded of laughter and to take breaks from sorrow for even a short while.

I’m surprised Hollywood ain’t caught up with you yet, your story’d make a much better movie than that Serpico shit.
Mickey and Mallory are two young traumatized people who embark on a road trip, killing everyone who gets in their way. The media soon turn this sick romance into the main sensation, and the pair of brutal psychopaths into cult anti-heroes.
This controversial achievement of Oliver Stone was blamed for inspiring real-life murders and I do not doubt that there is some truth in it, but it’s so damn fun to watch. 35mm, Super-8, animation, back projection, fast color-switching, black & white, skewed camera angles, quick-cut editing, loud rock soundtrack, and various special effects make it a superb adrenaline roller-coaster. Why should you see it Because this film is already a matter of general culture. Why should you love it Because the original script was written by Tarantino, because Woody Harrelson, Juliette Lewis, and Robert Downey Jr. nailed the lead roles, because you will listen to the music of Leonard Cohen, Lou Reed, Bob Dylan, NIN, RATM, Manson, because it is extremely entertaining and simply awesome in every way possible.

This game is the first installment of the series. As the name suggests, the story revolves around theme parks. There are a number of challenges and mini-games that you play. And the best part is, the game can be played both online and offline. This means that you don’t have to be on the same computer to play a game with your friends.
The character is driven by the idea that like Superman, he is the best in the world at a few things, but he’s totally outclassed at everything else.A film of which the main character is mentally disabledThis is no easy task. Some have pulled it off, but not many have. What exactly makes this film different from all the others is just this: The main character has Down syndrome and the main struggle in his life is his balance between getting a job, learning how to balance his ADHD, and trying to carve out a life for himself. It’s an incredibly difficult task to find yourself in a world where every other character you encounter has a disability of some kind (a broken leg, vision problems, autistic tendencies, etc), so it’s just amazing that Marlowe pulls it off and makes it seem like any other typical day. It’s exceptionally difficult and challenging, and is very similar to the one scene in Who Framed Roger Rabbit where they go to a house where they know Roger Rabbit is supposed to be hiding. Who would guess that Roger would be hiding in a house filled with people without disabilities. It is a nice touch, and it helps Marlowe’s script to be differentiated from others. But at the end, it doesn’t matter, because it just makes me appreciate what she’s done even more. It’s like finding your way out of the Matrix. Never having seen a disabled person play a role where they’re not encumbered by disability (and really, why should it be disabled anyway? It just makes it easier on the audience. Why not a blind person or two?), it’s actually quite a radical and daring feat. I can’t think of any other script I’ve read where I’m talking about the type of character it takes before the script even begins.9/10
