we have 4 years of experience working with the maasai community, and delivering conservation solutions to the mara community. our focus is to reduce poaching and conflict, which leads to increased habitat loss and deterioration of the mara wild spaces.

the universe consistently brings the people and things i need at just the right time, and mara is no exception. through working with her i have grown into a much more loving, grounded, empowered and open woman. mara has softened some of my rougher edges, brought out more compassion in me, more trust in myself, and is helping me forge my own path in life to find my true purpose. she provides a very safe and beautiful space to do sacred work in and was very patient while i made my way through the work. – laura young

a simple and quick way to go to the mara is to fly on a balloon! we have set up a balloon field at mara triangle and hot air balloon pilot, david, takes you on a 20-minute ride high over the mara. you can also enjoy the scenic views of the maasai mara from the hot air balloon.

if you are a solo traveler, the mara triangle is a good choice for you. there are a lot of interesting places to see, but also a good chance to just do nothing. you will feel like a real explorer of the mara plains.

perhaps the easiest way to get to know the mara is on an afternoon game drive. this is the perfect time to get up close and personal with the wildlife which call this land home, and we will take you on a journey through the serengeti, to get a glimpse of all the animals you never knew lived here.
