The image for the screenshot says extract, when I click on it, it asks me How do I want to open this file, when all I want to do is just extract it. Maybe if the path was c:\users\myuser\ext that I’m not sure. It’s a windows folder. I can’t figure out how to save it to the plugin or download it to my computer or anywhere.
tbh. I really cant figure out what they are talking about. I would take your time and have fun with this, but Ill have to run soon. I would like to have a progress bar, as well as the program I’m using and a save button to actually save it to my Sketchup plugin folder. It would be cool to have an option to make the extruded line invisible once its done, but thats up to you!
These extensions don’t seem to load correctly for me. When I install them, they don’t show up in Sketchup. I can only access them via the Extension Warehouse and then I have to manually install them. Maybe I’m missing something. I was able to install the ggb extension however.
I cant save the zip and I cant upload the plugin. Ive had the same issue with most Smustard extensions i would like to try out. And the extension downloading works fine but the extension itself does not open to save or upload.
I get the message “Cannot load Autocheck plugin. Please download and install the Autocheck plugin for Sketchup.” I’m guessing I should be able to find it in the plugin folder? But not. I found and installed AutoCheck and Autocheck. Are these the same? The error message is no help for me. Will continue to mess around. The Smustard Plugin forum had no help for me, and the Autocheck page was not very helpful to me either.
this plugin will allow you to open or close the sketchup file by double clicking on it. in the header, you will find a little arrow, click on that and you will see a small blue button that says “close” and “open”. in the bottom, you will see a double click icon. click on that. it will open a dialog box. in the box, you will see that there is a list of your open projects. click on the one you want and it will close the project.
i’m trying to get closeopens working. downloaded the zip file and extracted it. i can see the file in my plugins folder. but when i click it says ‘how do you want to open this file’ and i don’t know what to do. the application i use is not listed and i don’t know what to do. i can’t find the file on the sketchup plugins page either.

ive been trying to download the closeopens extension and save it to my plugin folder on my computer. but every time it tells me how to open it, but i cant find an app to open it. i can use the extension by double clicking it and it will draw a line between the line segments.
