the dark blue lines are from @{tl.randartist::7}. this tattoo is a bit tough for me to clearly explain because of poor lighting, and i don’t have a high-quality image of it because i’m not able to actually get my phone in my hands. if you want to see more, the tattoo can be found on reddit .

the tattooed angel is from @{monarchy.therealking}. this image was also a free image off of the internet and i have no idea who the creator of it was. no ownership issues, though. it is also nice to see someone dancing on top of the word “after” because how could one possibly be after death? it was very clear that this was meant to be found tattooed on someone’s body. i hope you like it!

you puxst a pistol, “melly,” you say, and after a rather agitated moment, the cannon on your shoulder begins to whir, the tiny shot begins to grow larger in your hand. one moment, your features dissolve in a fit of laughter, and the next they are set in a mask of silent annoyance, “stop that, you fool!”
they simply pull the lever, and the bow jumps into the air with a roar, heaving and bucking, and then it launches, turning on its own axis as it goes, and the pirates begin to scatter, the ones on the back of the ship beginning to light fireworks over the back, the ones on the front of the ship turning and firing off their muskets and pistols. the ones who stay back are running, their faces white with terror. and in a moment, the cannonball is gone and you are standing over the ship, and it is unharmed and out of its berth. two cannonballs, really. a marvel.
this is terribly inconvenient, since it means that you had your back to the ship the entire time. you are left alone, standing in the middle of the sea, the wind whipping at your clothes and your gun.
the world dissolves, it seems, and you are floating in the glass, drinking the whiskey, sinking into that warm, wonderful well. the wind is blowing, and you understand that the glass must be some kind of world, some sort of abstraction. perhaps she is trying to set you free.
this is my submission in the digiartists.org open contest. it is not up to any standard. it is made using paint tool sai, and recoloured using gimp. the model for the boe is “crusoe the pirate by paradisemags.” this was a free image i got off the internet, and i have no idea who created it. no ownership issues. i want it to be freely used and downloaded. i hope you like it.
