One Pane is a popular tool that many people use to quickly update a complex image, then move on. The “One Pane” interface just isn’t as fast in Lightroom 5 as it was in the past. ADOBE PROBLEM!
Lightroom is still inferior to Photoshop in several areas: Performance here’s just not as good. I found that Photoshop seemed to jump to a 7.2 that ratio when switching to the S2 or the L4, so the Camera Raw tools did not respond as fast as they do in Lightroom 5. Overall, the workflow of Lightroom 5 feels a bit sluggish, especially on the iPad Pro, which is to be expected. Adobe anticipated fairly high file sizes, and our test images (Art), which had to be saved at 10MP and 16MP respectively, were massive files, clocking in at over 2GB. The performance on the iPad Pro in Lightroom 5 was average. I’m sure the Mac version will be shockingly fast. Still, I’m not sure this is a matter that we’d rush to complain about.

For Photoshop users, it is one of the most common and often-requested feature in the version of the application. Design has always been a very personal thing and it is something that everyone has his or her own way of looking at.
