Believing that you have been chosen by the Elden Ring, a mysterious and power-hungry religious organization, a young man takes a test and is ultimately selected as an Elden Lord.
As an Elden Lord, you will be charged with the task of ending the rebellion that has been brewing in the Lands Between.
The Elden Lord is controlled by the Ring, giving it total command over the entire country. Of course, you have a choice of rejecting the Ring’s control, thereby leaving you at the mercy of its cruel and merciless ways, but the Ring wants you to obey its wishes above all else. It will be up to you to decide what kind of Lord you will be.

The Elden Ring seeks to control and unify the world by forcing the worst part of the population into slavery under the requirement of “striking the balance” among the four worlds.
Therefore, they imprisoned all the “Tarnished” who do not fall into the category of acceptable slaves in the lands between, and started an uprising to end the Elden Ring’s tyranny.
