Steps
I’ve run all the steps found in the post mentioned above
Step 1:

Solution Edit (same as in How to block a site when using TLS 1.2)
Add %TEMP% as an exception for the hsts.external.clientheader.requests.exceptions section of the server.dynamic.clientconfig section of the web.config
Step 2:

Disable SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1 on the Server Certificates for Basic/Digest Authentication (AD)
Step 3:

Install Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, allowing the TCP/IP connection to port 443.
