Night in the Woods is a story driven game where two young adults, Mae and Gordo, start a new life in the woods. This is the second edition of the game and it will be released for the Mac and Windows.

Night in the Woods has gotten lots of awards and press lately, including the Maclife Best of 2012 list, and even made it onto NPR’s list of “Best Games of 2012”. We’re excited to bring it to the PC and Mac at a higher quality, plus it’ll include new content and a new playable character, Angus.

All of this can be yours with your help, however. We’ve set up a Kickstarter project to raise enough funds to finish this new game. We want to release the game in 2015 for the PC and Mac, but we’ll be able to do more with the extra time and money we get from this project.

There are stretch goals that would improve Night in the Woods with other content, and also the ability to publish a Linux version of the game. We’d love to be able to release our game on
