Isomorphism classes of finite modules over integral domains

I was given the following task to answer:

Let $A$ be a PID, $B$ a domain, and $M$ a finite $A$-module. Show that $M\otimes_A B$ is isomorphic to $M\otimes_B B$, and prove that this isomorphism is given by $m\otimes b \mapsto b^{ -1}m$.

I know that the PID $A$ is an integral domain and the domain $B$ is a module over $A$ (in fact, a free module). I also know that $M\otimes_A B$ is the tensor product over $A$, so it is isomorphic to $M\otimes_B B$ since $B$ is a $B$-module.
From this I can only conclude that $B^{ -1}M\cong M\otimes_B B$. By tensoring with $A$, I know that $B^{ -1}M\otimes_B A = M\otimes_A B$ as $A$-modules. Thus, I can conclude that $M\otimes_A B \cong M\otimes_B B$ as $A$-modules.
Am I correct in saying that $B^{ -1}M\cong M\otimes_B B$? Do I need to show this isomorphism to be induced by $m\otimes b\mapsto b^{ -1}m$?

By a result of Macaulay, a PID is a left factor ring of a (right) quotient of the polynomial ring $B[X]$. Therefore, $B$ is in fact a left module over $A$ and $B\otimes_A B\cong B$, then

The present invention is generally directed to a connector for a cable and, more particularly, a connector in which the cable conductors are connected together in a side by side relation and the cable terminated by a connector is terminated to the connector in a manner which allows any one or more of the conductors to be disconnected or removed from the connector to provide access to the conductors.
2. Description of the Prior Art
As is known in the art, many devices require one or more cables or wires to be connected together. Examples of devices where it is necessary to connect cables include fire alarm systems, telephone systems and in some instances control systems for aircraft, trains or other vehicles.
In many such instances, it is necessary to provide easy access to the conductors of the cables for testing, disconnecting or replacing a conductor if desired. For example, if a conductor is damaged or is no longer required, the conductor can be easily accessed by removing the conductor from the connector to which it is connected.
In devices where the cable or wire conductors are exposed to a hostile or in some instances, dangerous environment, the conductors must be protected from the environment and if possible protected from accidental contact or disconnection. As is known in the art, a strain relief can be provided at the point where the cable is attached to a connector in order to protect the conductor from some types of environmental hazards. However, connectors including a strain relief are not designed to readily allow access to a conductor which must be connected or disconnected at a later time.

No. 3,871,666, assigned to the assignee of the present invention, discloses a connector which may be provided with a cable which is attached to the connector in a side-by-side relationship whereby the cables may be easily accessed for inspection and testing purposes. In that arrangement, the conductors of the cable are arranged in an angular relation to the longitudinal axis of the cable to provide access to the conductors of the cable. However, there is no provision for a strain relief at the point where the cable is connected to the connector.
U.S. Pat. No. 3,711,903, also assigned to the assignee of the present invention, provides an arrangement whereby the cable conductors can be disconnected from the connector.
