i am new user of this hp printer. i am unable to find the driver for this printer. i have downloaded many times, but it is not working.
please send me the soft copy of the driver for this printer.

i have followed the step to install the driver on my computer. but every time i restart my computer i still get an error message on my printer driver. i have to use the cd and the driver still does not work. help!!!
download the latest drivers and updates for your printer from hp website. to do so, follow the instructions provided for your printer model and make sure that you are connected to the internet. then, follow the instructions below:
once you have installed the printer drivers, go to the control panel and click on printers. you should see a new icon for your printer driver. select the printer and click add printer. windows should recognize the printer.
uninstall the current printer driver for your hp laserjet 1020. you can find instructions for this below. you will need your hp laserjet 1020 driver cd. you can also find instructions for finding your printer’s cd in the readme that came with your printer driver.
the new operating system will have been installed the day it’s released. it’s also worth noting that if you have a device that’s still running windows 8, 8.1, or windows phone 8.1 and you upgrade to windows 10, it will be considered a separate device and you’ll need to reinstall drivers for it (and your phone, if it’s separate as well). this tool does not upgrade your device. you’ll need to take it to a microsoft store for that.
