This question is a basic R question which I couldn’t find an answer to after searching a lot. So, please forgive me for this, I am new to R.
I have a dataset containing 3 columns. Column 1 contains the positions in the matrix (row, column) for each building.

I also have an ID field (1-5) in column 4, and another ID field (1-3) in column 2. I am interested in finding the ID values which occur more than once in column 1 and column 2.
