cd_create is a software that will allow users to easily burn CD/DVD media.
What makes this project different than all of the other media burning programs? Well, cd_create is written in Java. In hindsight, it would have been much easier if I would have written it in bash or perl, but I didn’t. I was also attracted to the idea of portability, but that turned out to be a bit of a headache sometimes…

What’s New In?
cd_create is a small software application designed for burning blank CDs or DVDs. It is an interactive application in a sense that it allows the user to select a file or folder to be burned by either browsing for the location of the file or folder or selecting it through a simple interface.
We have decided to stick to a three-tiered approach of development to ensure maximum control over our application. Currently, we are working on the middle layer which is accessible to the back-end and the front-end. We plan to open source the back-end portion of the cd_create application once this medium-layer portion is completed.
cd_create is available for free for non-commercial use. Commercial licensing is available through a simple evaluation period of 30 days. This period is reserved to provide users with the opportunity to evaluate cd_create before we make it available for purchase. The open source license enables users to legally share and redistribute cd_create.
