as you would expect dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 has the same great gameplay as it did in the previous game and i will not go into too much detail about it. i will just say that the controls are intuitive and the battles play out like how they are meant to. the single player mode will last approximately 40 hours and when you get to the end you will be able to fight the cpu. this is a really challenging mode and i found it difficult to get to the end.
this game is a great way to introduce dragon ball z to people who have no idea what dragon ball is. i am pretty sure i have seen the anime on tv before but it just never stuck with me. that is the best thing i can say about this game. it brings all the characters together, the fights are a blast to play and the presentation is top notch. i hope you have fun playing this game as much as i did.

what i love about dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 is that it is a fighting game which is a massive genre in itself. we have the classic fighting game tropes such as moves, super moves, super combos, combos, and more. not to mention the ability to level up your characters with the power ups that you gain throughout the game. what makes this game so different though is that each character is given some special move which can only be used by that character. this is a huge problem in dragon ball z because it makes it so that the game is not just a fighting game, but it becomes a strategy game instead. this is another part of the game that is broken down with the story. the fighters are locked to their character and are not allowed to move to the side to attack enemies. this leads to some pretty interesting fights as you have to guess who is going to attack at which point in the fight.
