Eden Ring was a fantasy action RPG developed by tri-Ace, and is now available worldwide for iOS and Android devices. This information details the terms and conditions under which access to Eden Ring may be granted by the device owner, as well as the terms and conditions under which the user may acquire additional content for Eden Ring, the purchase of which may require the payment of US$4.99 or greater.
1. Definitions
“Application” shall mean the Apple mobile application “Eden Ring” and “Game Content” shall mean the 2.5GB collection of content downloadable from the Application.
“Data” shall mean information that the user’s device has access to such as communication messages, system information, game assets and the like.
“Device” shall mean a hardware or software device that is capable of running the Application or a component thereof.
“ID” or “Identification Code” shall mean a number assigned by Apple to identify a device for the purposes of restricting the permitted access of a particular Device to the Application, Game Content or any other Data under these Terms and Conditions.
“LimeSurvey” shall mean the software application LimeSurvey (
“Password” shall mean a user name and password combination that is required to access Game Content.
“User” shall mean the person(s) (i) who operates or uses the Device and (ii) who may be identified by the Device owner’s ID during the applicable term.
“You” shall mean the person(s) accessing Game Content through the Application.
“Device owner” shall mean the person(s) who owns the Device on which you are accessing Game Content.
“Device owner’s ID” shall mean the ID of the Device owner as determined by the Device owner, and as required by your agreement with Apple.
“Game Content” shall mean all game data files and components comprising the Game Content.
“Apple” shall mean Apple Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
