How does Risk Reward Ratio Calculator work
– This calculator is an excel spread sheet plug in. The user enters the amount of risk per trade (0% is no risk – 100% is the maximum amount of risk you’re willing to take).
– This calculator checks to see if the amount of risk you entered is lower than the amount of risk it is currently calculating with, if it is lower, it will increase it. If the amount of risk you entered is higher than the amount of risk it is calculating with, it will decrease it.

The risk is calculated by the number of pips at which you can lose money. You can see this in the Variables window. The risk can be high or low, but it will be displayed at the bottom of the Variables window.
The risk reward ratio refers to how much you can profit from a trade. If a trade is at risk of 5 pips, it means that if you can lose more than 5 pips, you will lose money. When a trade is at a high risk of 50 pips it means that if you can lose more than 50 pips, you will lose a lot of money.
For example, when the risk is high, it means that every trade is a risky trade. If you’re planning on risking 5 pips, you should only risk a small amount. If you’re planning to risk 50 pips on a trade you should only risk a small amount.
