Become a Surgeon:
You’ve been trained as a surgeon at “Life School of Surgeon Simulator”, a prestigious medical school. Now you must make your way through the hospital, operating theatre and back to school, performing procedures and saving lives.
Surgical procedures in Surgeon Simulator:
At the beginning of your career, you are given a tutorial where you are introduced to the basics of surgery. Before entering a complex procedure, you are given some information on the location, the patient and the surgical equipment.
Once you are confident, you can enter the surgical theater. Here, you can select surgery in 4 different rooms: OR, ICU, MRI and X-Ray. The OR room is the operating theater where you start your operation. It is quiet and calm, but you should be careful to avoid mistakes that can lead to patient accidents, possible lawsuits or other bad things. In the ICU you are close to your patient, but only the nurse is there to help you. You will need a lot of patience and persistence to save your patient. The MRI room is where you can observe the surgery through a live video stream. It is important to keep an eye on your patient in a MRI. The last room is an X-Ray room. There are no patients or surgery, but you have to scan the patient with the X-Ray in order to see where all the junk is hidden!
Saving Your Patient:
Saving your patient is a crucial part of every surgery. The more you perform a procedure, the better your surgical skill is. However, the more you perform an operation, the more pressure builds up in your patient’s body. At the end of surgery, if the pressure continues, the patient might die. You will need to place valves, drains, balloons or other medical devices to save your patient’

Airline Tycoon 2 is a business simulation video game developed by TinyCo. It is the sequel to Airline Tycoon, which in turn is a sequel to Airline, which was in turn a spiritual successor to Transport Tycoon.
This game is a part of the Tycoon series, and manages to break from tradition somewhat with a more simplified, friendly atmosphere. Also for the first time, the player can start a personal airline without a major investment and without previously being an airline manager.
Gameplay
Main game
Like in the original Airline Tycoon, the basic game features planes, airports, and major airlines. There are three different modes of play: Edit, Train and Build. The “Edit” mode of play involves moving existing objects into a desired position on the map. “Train” mode gives the player the ability to add new objects or sell unwanted objects. “Build” mode allows the player to start a player airline in his home city or purchase an airline from an existing airline in another city.
The game also features airplanes. Of particular note is the DC-8-80 with its retractable landing gear, the larger jet-powered B747-200 with four engines, and the older B737-200 from the original edition.
A feature of the game is (as was true of the original Airline Tycoon) that airplanes fly between airports when loaded with passengers and cargo. Depending on the type of airplane loaded (or configured) some airplanes will fly basic routes (e.g. New York to Washington) while others must be configured to fly non-basic routes (e.g. Los Angeles to New York).
