## Reviving Old and New Layers
Elements provides a way to open the same image in different modes to edit it differently. For example, you can use different settings on the same image to study how various effects alter the appearance. Because you can start with a blank screen, you can work at a particular point in an image. When you save a file, the name of the file you save keeps the settings you used to create the image, so that you can reopen that file in the same mode you used to create it.
As you manipulate an image, a window of recently used settings appears in the Layers panel. The window displays a thumbnail of the currently open image, along with a thumbnail of the current settings in the dialog box, so that you can access the settings you used to create the image if you saved it. If you want to use a different setting, click the name of that setting from the Layers panel, and the dialog box opens, as shown in Figure 8-10.

Q:
Laravel 5 no longer transmits serialized data to json response
I am using Laravel 5 and it is no longer serializing json data for my JSON responses. It is giving me a 406 error on my chrome browser instead of a json response.
I have tried moving the code to different controllers to the same problem
I also tried doing this into my route
