1. Choose **File** and then choose **Open**. In the Open dialog box, navigate to the folder where you downloaded the files. Double-click the `.psd` file. The Open Photoshop file dialog box appears.

8. Click the gray area, as shown in Figure 3-7.
9. Press the **Ctrl** key to create a mask of the gray area.
10. Press the **V** key to select the layer.
11. Choose **Edit** → **Adjust** → **Invert**. The inversion is applied to all three layers, as shown in Figure 3-8.
12. Press the **SHIFT** key.
The gray area is on Layer 1.
13. Select the whole layer by pressing the **A** key and choosing the **Layer** menu, as shown in Figure 3-9.
14. With the layer mask selected, press the **DEL** key to delete the layer.

Yes. You can use both an IN and a BEGIN…END. In order to use them together, you need an IN and an order by clause to bind the table rows together.
If the CaseStatusIds are a fixed list, you could do something like:
Select Account.Name, Account.LastModifiedDate from Account where Case.CaseId IN (‘1′,’2′,’3’) and OrderBy(Case.CaseId)
If they aren’t a fixed list, you could write a query like this:
Select Account.Name, Account.LastModifiedDate from Account where Case.CaseId in (Select CaseId from Case where Status = ‘NotActive’)
To explain this, it’s important to recognize that you need to order the results of a query before you can use a BEGIN…END construct like the above. If your set of CaseStatusIds is not a fixed list, I think it’s more efficient (in terms of queries) to create a custom rollup summary field on your Case object that contains the list of CaseStatusIds that need to be summed up. Then you can create a query that looks like:
