Adobe Lightroom is a full-featured digital asset management application from Adobe that is a cross between Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Lightroom 3. To create a new brush, click on the Brush tool, located in the toolbox, and then select Brush from the Brush Preset pop-up menu, as shown below. Click the New Brush button, and you should see the options shown below.
The New Brush tool lets you create any shape you like; however, the options below in the Brush Preset pop-up menu vary depending on the selected shape.

You can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill a brush with a specified color. In this example, you can see that the Brush has a red color, and the Paint Bucket has a blue color.
To create a brush with a specific size and shape, click and drag to create the desired shape, and then press Enter, or click OK, to close the dialog box.
The Brush Size dialog box shows the area inside the custom shape that will be painted with the brush. The Shape Mode button selects how the brush will be used. The default is Normal, which paints the entire custom shape.
