New features have been added to Photoshop in recent years. The features below are just a few of the most commonly used. Layer (Layer)
Many commands are tied to layers. If a layer is not present, the command does not work. Layers can be the background layer, the foreground layer, or one of the intermediate layers.
If you need to change the default layer order, use the Layer > New > Layer From Layers command. The resulting layer is placed in the last position, stacking on top of the layer that it was created from.
Note:
The New command cannot be used to create a duplicate layer. If the layer that you want is not a duplicate layer, you must make a selection of the layer.

Selects the layer from which you want to create a new layer. After selecting a layer, click the Create New Layer icon. You can select multiple layers and create a new layer from them.

Creates a duplicate layer with the same contents as the layer that is selected. You can also create a clone with a different name and orientation than the original.

Sky
To create a sky, use the painting brush and the brushes downloaded in the paint tool of the Elements 9. Choose a darker sky, then paint as close as possible to the top of the clouds to make it look like the clouds are sitting directly above the top of the ocean waves, which is further away from the camera. The sky color in this photo should be slightly gray. Now, paint the clouds on the sky. These clouds are smaller than the ones on the photos below, but make sure to increase the brush size to the largest size. It is important to get the clouds to be at the highest point possible so that it doesn’t look unrealistic.
The sky could also look like this if you edited it with Photoshop.
Use the Magic Wand tool to select all of the sky and press Ctrl + C (⌘ + C) to copy it to your clipboard.
Download the clouds and the mouse
Check your resolution. For this picture, it is 5200 × 3200 pixels, so it is 5.2 megapixels. The photo should be at least 6000 × 4200 pixels to be considered decent.
Copy the sky.
Paste the clouds on the sky.
Resize the clouds so that they look close to the clouds that you originally used, but with a shorter distance from the camera.
Resize the clouds so that they fit perfectly in the window.
Paint a light and dark areas for the waves with the lighting brush. As in the photo above, make the waves have a darker color than the sky.
Draw some lines.
For this photo, since it is taken from a plane, make sure that the drawing is not very thick.
You could draw some shapes like letters, circles, and more.
Bokeh
A bokeh photo is a photo with a blur on the edges of the photo.
I am using a painting brush to get an accurate bokeh effect.
Download the bokeh and the Magic Wand tool.
Drag the Magic Wand to the edges of the photo.
