i am sure that you have noticed that when you get a shotgun, you can only fire two rounds. also, you cannot get ammo for one weapon. this happens because of the mod, namely the “ultimate item modifier.” you can use it to get items, modify items, and even combine items. the best way to use it is to have two save games: one for before the item mod, and one for when you use the mod. you can then change the items in the first save game, and it will use them in the other game. the items that it can modify include:
1) the weapon you have equipped.
