Digging through dirt can be deadly. But there are easier options. In this update, we’ve added the “Dig Up the Dirt” maneuver, which keeps you from going too deep in the ground.

Improved: Exploration Tasks

Exploration Tasks are a reward for exploring the world, helping people, and making friends with all the other characters. We made a bunch of improvements to their overall difficulty and helped accommodate players who prefer to play solo, but need to explore.

New World Boss: Hatchlings

World Bosses are beasts of legend that can be defeated, and Burnaby Burning Skies has three of them: the Diving Dragon, the Werewolf, and the Bouncer. We’ve reworked the way they behave, and now they behave more like their legend.

New World Boss: The Fisherman

New World Boss: The Pedestrian

We’re also adding a new world boss, the Pedestrian. This boss isn’t as dangerous as the other two, so you might expect some relief, but it’s still a very hard fight. The Pedestrian can’t kill you, and the only way to defeat it is to rescue all the children.

New World Boss: The Thief

Our new world boss is the Thief. She steals things! You can catch her stealing! To keep her from stealing, you have to tell everyone who you’re keeping track of.
