How to check if the author’s custom keyboard shortcut is invoked using a service?
I am using a custom keyboard shortcut which invokes an app. I would like to check if I am invoking the custom shortcut or the system provided shortcut (since the latter will invoke an app which is bad if I am doing that in a Service).
I have found that the MSDN states that there is is a Keyboard.IsKeyDown() API which can answer my question, but there is a bit of an issue.
The issue is that if I was to use the standard ShortcutManager that comes with every WPF application, and were to activate the shortcut, by using the following code:

This, I can then check if I invoked the shortcut, which is what I want.
However, I have written an app which needs to be run as a service. And when doing this, the code above, I do not have a reference to the ShortcutManager. Instead, I have to use a Keyboard and the InputManager. Also, when getting the InputManager I need a reference to the InputProvider.
