This editor provides yet another free editing utility to Windows users and can be downloaded by anybody who wants to update their configurations, or record a MIDI file for further editing. It is a command-line application but there are a lot of features that one can find in the GUI version of it. It is indeed a very useful editing tool for anybody who uses MIDI controllers with their computer, and I tested it on Windows XP.
First, it is important to mention that the quality of the application is excellent. Joystick Editor is a compact MIDI editing utility and it works very well. It can record any MIDI file that contains any sound, however, it is not the best tool for playing MIDI files. I tested it by recording a MIDI file using a USB MIDI controller, and even if it is quite a complex and advanced application, it works very well. But it is not perfect.
So, after recording the MIDI file, you can open it and edit it as you wish, and then save it to a MIDI file. The configuration of the MIDI file can be changed by double clicking on it, and the application will show the changes right there on the file, so there is no need to open the file. But there are a few issues that can arise. Some controllers do not work with certain controllers in the MIDI file. It can even happen that MIDI notes that should be at the same time remain at the same time. By using this application you can fix this problem, and you can learn more about this process in the Help section of the program. In the help menu you will find useful information like how to save your changes, how to test your MIDI recording, how to share your configuration and so on.

I am updating an old, monolithic web application from SQL Server to SQLite. We currently have a single DbContext with only one DbSets. I am building out a new DbContext which will have a different DbSet (ClientContext).
I would like to be able to query our SQLite database with Entity Framework Core 2.0. In the old code, I would wireup to a stored procedure which uses System.Data.SqlClient. This is a dependency that would be really hard to update if it has not already been done.
Is there a way to tell Entity Framework Core to not scan the database and only query certain tables?
The reason I want this, is because I want to keep the database smaller, and don’t want to load every table in the database into memory.
