Red Horizon is a wave based game which will keep you playing until you beat the final enemy. The game has three basic states: Engage (or Relay) which is when you start the game, Build which allows you to build your ship up and Fight! The game starts off very simple with the basic ship and a single enemy ship to shoot at. From here, the player will have to battle through waves of enemies until reaching the final boss. Ship upgrades and power ups will be the focus of this first chapter, as they are the only way to survive!
The Build mode allows the player to progress through different sections of the game, collecting items, upgrading their ship and avoiding damage. Items do not provide any direct benefit to the player, but will simply upgrade the ship to something which is stronger, but more difficult to master.
The Fight mode will be the focus of the next chapter, where the player will battle their way through enemy waves, as well as activating traps along the way. Players will also be able to choose a difficulty level, allowing them to play a chapter with either the easiest enemies, or more powerful enemies.
Ultimately, the goal of Red Horizon is to beat the final boss which awaits at the end of the game. The person who completes the game fastest will win the game, but there will be an extra prize for the person who gets the highest score.

Story:
The protagonist finds a magical girl who possesses a powerful ring. One day, she notices that she is losing her memories. But there’s a strange girl next to her, who appears with her missing memories, and she seems to have been crying. The girl shows up at the protagonist’s house after saying that they don’t think they’re meeting up with each other. She claims that she is the owner of the ring that the protagonist has, and that she will grant her wishes. Moreover, she gives the protagonist a Power Stone that she possesses, which can be used as a shield and a weapon.
The protagonist shows up at a new place together with the strange girl and her friends. In this new place, the protagonist and her friends will encounter a boy that possesses an even stronger Power Stone. They will also encounter a being that is awakening and possesses an even stronger Power Stone.
The protagonist and her friends fight against the beings with the power of the Power Stones, and defeat them with the power of the Power Stones.

Controls:
(PlayStation 4 only)
Stick or Circle: W, A, S or D. These will select and fire the characters’ attacks.
Action button: L. This will control the player’s character and their attacks.
+ Button: Z. This button will increase the character’s defense and the shield.
Triangle button: X. This button will cancel the character’s attack.
Pressing an action button will cause the character to perform a move.
In this game, the characters can use the actions they perform on the ground as their attacks. When the player pushes a directional button, the character will shift to that direction and perform a move. While a character is in the air, they can perform “Air Running” to move on the ground. The movement is the same as running. Once the player taps the action button, the character will do a jump. The player can also perform an upward kick by tapping the action button again.
If the player holds a button, they can move more freely in the air. If they tap the button at the right time, the character will do a “Tail Whip” attack
