bartollegastei in vienna (austria)the organ was built in 1981 by the firm of klais in the rebuilding of the church of st. nicholas. this instrument consists of several stops of the historic organs in the church. the key is an analog/digital system.
oberlinger organ in bonn-beuel (only available for hauptwerk 5.0 and above) this sample set consists of several files. to install the set in hauptwerk v please select the file..comppkg.hauptwerk.rar, hauptwerk will then detect and load the other files automatically. starting from version v of hauptwerk there is no separate trial version available any more for this set, the set can only be used with an activated licence and the download contains the full version. you can get a free activation code for a 14-day trial period from us on request. when you purchase the sample set you will get an activation code for the full licence. there is no need to reinstall anything to change from the trial to the full version.
we spent some time with organist dr simon lindley who told us all about how the instrument works, it’s history and even a guided tour up in to the inside of the organ itself!simon crafted 6 versatile presets for us and we began the painstaking process of sampling this incredible feat of engineering. over the next few months we spent many evenings in the town hall recording every single note with multiple round robins and over 10 second note recordings to capture the true sonic character of the organ.
the organ of st. bartholomus church in friesach was built by orgelbau eisenbarth from passau (germany) in the year 2000. at first the organ was built as a two manual instrument with 38 stops, later the solowerk was added. due to its size and sound it counts as one of the most important organs in carinthia (lower austria).
