FULL USB-Smart SEMC Tool 8.4

the following issues have been identified in the current (8.4) version of the usb-semc tool:
- when running the full version, the usb-semc tool may hang up.
- smartcards with uuid’s that are not recognised may be displayed on the user interface.
- under windows the usb-semc tool may not work after a reboot.
installing the full version of the usb-semc tool includes a special folder that you should install into your home directory – see the installation guide. you can use the following command to install the full version:
