i have a problem with my iphone 4s, they wont recover information from it, i already bought the newest software it downloaded everything but i cant transfer my information. i have deleted all the data and i can still do this, i have tried to restore and that did not work. i have made a video of my problem, please help me it is so hard for me to say goodbye to my information.

however, i do have one problem, i accidentally deleted all my contacts and photos and i have no idea on what happened. all i want to do is to get them back if i could. i’ve tried to buy the iphone data recovery software, but i cannot get any of it. i have tried to use icloud to restore my contacts and messages and i cannot get any of them back either. sometimes, i have a feeling that my contacts are not even on my iphone anymore. i have tried to upload files from my iphone to my computer, but i cannot transfer information about my contacts and the data that i have on my iphone. this is really not my time to die. i hope you could give me a reason to live again.
really i was so frustrated thinking that i didnt get my notes back, but in the end, my findings were that there was absolutely no data stored, which i dont think in the first place is even possible, that is, if you indeed deleted it.
the last time i tried retrieving my data, i erased the finder app and rebooted my ios. this seemed to work. when i ran the software and went through the scan phase, it went through each section and found all the lost data on the phone. i had used it before and never had a problem. i was very impressed with this software. i have not had time to use all the options that the software has to offer but i am sure i can learn more. my phone is now operating as it should. i do appreciate your comments and have been using your products.

hi, i haven’t downloaded the trial version yet as i don’t have my iphone. but i found on your review that i can still get back to my lost data with data recovery software like “phonebook”. does tuneskit also support this? thanks
my mom is an incredible typist. when she was a student in college she used to type every single piece of paper she used to submit to her professors. she later became a teacher but her typing skills were all but gone. we got her an iphone 9 with tuneskit and she began to use it but realized it would be difficult to get the text messages off and she would need a data recovery tool to bring back. we got the trial version and it works great. she easily can now send and receive text messages on her iphone. it even downloaded onto an external drive and restored from there. thanks for the great software!
