## The Effects Panel
Click the Edit Effects menu and choose New Effect from the menu that appears (Figure 8-4). The Photoshop Effects panel appears, revealing 12 new presets that come with Photoshop (see the Figure 8-5 list) along with the Gimp’s own Gimp Effects module. You can add and remove effects from the Effects panel as needed.

## The Liquify Tools
