This is the city/town edition of the successful Castles & Crusades sandbox, maps for the town of Kalas are provided for you. The rolling of the Stones and Chits are all fair game, as is the use of any of the major poulations from the Castles & Crusades ruleset. The town setting contains all the details on the town, with maps, as well as everything you need to on the major NPCs. The Town of Kalas is filled with hosts of adventure hooks good for long range campaigns or short one night adventures.

The map can be used in combination with the Adventurer’s Guide to the town of Kalas as it is a seperate map and adventure, or as an optional portion of the Adventurer’s Guide.

The protagonist, shown above on a tiny toy model, is more than a mere character in the game, but more of a placeholder for your own gaming abilities, that allow you to beat levels to get coins which you spend on badges to boost your stats.
The problem with One Room Over the Internet, however, isn’t so much with the game itself as it is the developer’s somewhat incoherent mindset in wanting to do something with toys. There has been a lot of time, money, and effort to put this project together. Much of that is the unquestionable value of working with the actual toy development team of Mattel. In this regard, the makeover of the Death Star that we get to see in the game really is impressive and well-done. There’s also good craftsmanship about other aspects of the game that do manage to transcend the game’s just being a toy. One issue with the game is that the game and the packaging are so closely linked that pulling and twisting the Death Star really disrupts whatever fragile and potentially important narrative is being presented.
There are other problems with the game, such as the same characters appearing over and over on the screen, which was a cause of frustration when I played the game.
The concept of the game also took a lot of shaping to make it work. As a backstory for the game you play in the game, the game has been told for adults as a story from when they were kids and for children as a story about a toy that was transformed into a war-like machine.
While you have the option of trying to complete one level in as little time as possible in order to get the fastest reward, there’s also the option to enter a level for as long as it takes you to complete it.
You can also unlock more toy characters in the game as you play through levels, and you can sometimes unlock minigames as perks. As they are unlocked, you must pay up into levels for time for you to get the next one, which is pretty engaging as you always feel like you have to earn it.
