Idiopathic intestinal perforation is a rare disease. This disease has not been described in a series in the Middle East, and therefore, we review the literature to investigate the characteristics of this disease. Patients with intestinal perforation, who were admitted to the General Surgery Clinic, were reviewed. We collected and analyzed data regarding age, gender, etiology, physical findings, clinical management, and outcome. A total of 52 patients were included. The mean age was 41.6 years, and the male/female ratio was 0.31. Abdominal pain and tachycardia were the most common symptoms. Radiological imaging demonstrated a discontinuous perforation at the ileocecal region in 86% of the patients. The primary treatment was surgery. Six patients were conservatively managed with the discontinuation of the offending etiologic factors. All patients were treated successfully and have a good outcome. Idiopathic intestinal perforation is a rare and fatal disease. It predominantly affects men between 40 and 50 years old. Its pathogenesis is unknown, but it seems to be linked to factors in the setting of some disease processes.The sense of coherence, functional status and hopelessness are independently associated with pain and quality of life in persons with multiple sclerosis.
Pain is a common symptom in persons with multiple sclerosis (PwMS). Hope and sense of coherence (SOC) are of significance in alleviating the effects of pain and improving quality of life (QoL).     There is some really nice detail to this game like being able to adjust the suspension on the GTS, suspension on the Z1, and having the driver equipped with a fire extinguisher. There is some pretty nice racing including 8 man rivalries. There is some pretty epic-or just plain cheesy- crashes.

    The graphics are very nice. The menus are pretty nice and easy to navigate as well.

    The controls are a bit tough. You have to take your hands off the wheel in order to use the fire extinguisher. You have to have two hands on the wheel in order to do all the different things in this game and this takes a bit of getting used to.

    There is some good sound effects like the engines roaring and the crashes. There is very good music.

    The story line is the same every time you play this game. Each race has a different driver who starts out in the first round of the season. The driver gets in a race car and tries to win as many races as they can.

    Their is a different kind of component to racing that gives the game a lot of replay value. As you continue to play you unlock and then can race with different vehicles or upgrade your own vehicle.

    This is a not only a racing game, but it is also a physics sandbox. You can do almost anything that you can do in a real race car.

    Pros: The driving in the game is really nice. It has the same feeling as a real race car. The physics of the game are really good. As you race you unlock more vehicles and parts. There is an awesome physics sandbox.

    Cons: The driving controls can be hard to use especially the second you must put your hands on the wheel. There are no co-op or Vs options. There is a lot of grind. Some cars are really slow. The game can get repetitive, but if you can have patience, you can see why.

    Overall: This is one of my favourite games to play. I think that it is the best racing game ever made. I would highly recommend this game to anyone that likes racing games, or anyone that just likes a good game.
