Recently I get an error in Doxygen 1.8.13:

I have tried to update some parts of my project:

I have updated the parameter and structure.xml files and the index.html file.
I have updated the Doxyfile, set the master variable, and reloaded the project.

It worked for several days, and the error appears at the last moment.
I googled it but nothing found.
