    When El Chicho aka Esteban Cruz appeared at the scene of a two vehicle smash in Santa Teresa, and began directing traffic, then ordering locals to get out of the way, he cut a rather unusual figure. By all accounts that one man was acting a damn fool up at a huge crash!
