Further, defendant argues that this stabbing was the “capstone” that Clark had spoken of when he stated that Clark could not leave him alone. Defendant maintains that the trial court should have taken this incident as a sign that Clark could not leave the situation alone.
The State contends that a trial court need not articulate every aggravating or mitigating circumstance in imposing sentence as long as the record shows that the trial court adequately considered the guidelines set forth in La.C.Cr.P. art. 894.1.
A trial court has broad discretion to sentence within the statutory limits. Absent a showing of abuse of discretion, this court will not set aside a sentence as excessive. State v. In the article is explored the influence of cognitive flexibility in the perception of social situations. Moreover it is investigated the relation between social cognition and cognitive flexibility. What kind of relations could be established between cognitive flexibility and social perception? The relation between two variables: cognitive flexibility and emotion regulation was analyzed. With this purpose, thirty-eight students answered a Stroop’s test and a difference score of the Schultheis-Töllner’s test (when cognitive flexibility is measured). The scores obtained from the questionnaires of the Social Cognition Questionnaire (SCQ). Participants were instructed to evaluate the story situations described in the task of the social cognition questionnaire. Cognitive flexibility was found to be positively related to social perception. This result was statistically significant. The results of the analysis were discussed in terms of their potential implications.

I’ve been developing a single page app in Vue. I’ve found that Vue encourages
good coding practices (in a sense that you can’t get too far behind in your
deep copy/movement logic) and also helps greatly with performance (you’re
forced to write SSR-able components). But it does come with some pitfalls: the
key one being the presence of a runtime singleton object and the existence of
(numerous) ‘controlling’ applications that are simpler to build but more
tedious to reason about.
I’d like to explore alternatives, such as interfaces and component-only
approaches, but there’s no real success story of how to pick up the
languages/tools/techniques of those approaches from a Vue-centric
perspective. Axial Vuex hits on both of those approaches.
