Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is coming to the west on January 21, 2012. We’re already starting to see some of the surprises we can expect to receive as a result of it being released in Japan a month early.
1. The first item to come across as we started playing was Luigi, and anyone who follows my Twitter will already know that I despise Luigi in this series. The X button makes for an awkward position, and I’m disappointed that Nintendo hasn’t seen fit to give Luigi a more comfortable way to press it. 2. He also comes with a dashing red cape that can be used as a variation for his Super Leaf attack. If you run into a Super Leaf foe, throw up your cape and show them that Super Marth is good enough to keep them from landing a hit. An easy way to have an accidental victory.
3. In addition to using his cape as a Super Leaf, Luigi also uses his brother’s love of pizza for a different attack. He throws a slice of cheese on the ground, and using the R button, the cream oozes out like a cheese bomb. It is awesome.
4. You can also use Luigi’s cape as a substitute for a grass-to-grass attack, with a few extra hits on the enemy. It’s a great way to keep Mario’s rolling attack at bay if you’re looking to get away from a tough foe.
5. Mario’s running attack (L + R) is also a cakewalk for him. That said, he does need to be careful of the way his head tilts forward as he runs, and standing up after a running attack can lead to your dog-like character scratching his bum. If you keep Luigi around as the stronger of the two, he can use his small size to his advantage with his running attack. He can also use it against a foe that wants to get a jump on you; just get a jump on him first.
6. The other two main characters just won’t quit. Fire Mario with the fire flower to stop him. Flying Duck Land to roll through. It’s been a while since we have seen them, but the two have been far from dormant.

So I’m building a little webserver. I have a function that receives a POST request, and calls another function that saves a byte[] to a stream, and sends a response.

The problem is, the remote application has multiple parameters, and they’ll always be different. I need to save and send the response back, but instead of sending a default value, I need it to save that data.
For instance, if one parameter is “a:1, b:4”, it should save it as “a:1, b:4”.
If it was “a:1, b:4, c:5”, it should save that as “a:1, b:4, c:5” and so on.
I’ll be saving that data in a XAML file, and I need to read that back again.
The data that is being sent over is always of the format: “a:1, b:4, c:5, d:6”
I guess my question is, how do I decode it.
My current function looks like this:
