Although Tarnished is the first of the Elden Ring games, it is not the first fantasy RPG to come out. You will meet and talk with other players in the fantasy RPG game that is played with people all over the world, Legend of Heroes Online (LoH:O).
The design of the game was made through the trial and error of the development team’s daily work. At first, we were thinking that it would be difficult to create the game with such a large scale and much content, however, the development team overcame all the difficulties and succeeded in creating a game with a high level of quality.
There are characters from all over the world and, through a high degree of cooperation, the development team succeeded in creating a variety of characters and relationships while maintaining consistency. We believe that this kind of high level of consistency is crucial for developing a great fantasy RPG.
We hope you will enjoy Tarnished and return to the Lands Between often.

Healthy lifestyle ameliorates endothelial dysfunction in obese adolescents and induces a beneficial improvement of the lipid profile.
Endothelial function is compromised in obese adolescents and this decrease has been related to the presence of dyslipidemia. The aim of our study is to investigate the effect of lifestyle modifications on endothelial function in obese adolescents and the impact of a favourable change in their lipid profile. Thirty obese adolescents (18.2 ± 1.6 years, 32.9% males) were compared to 25 healthy, age-matched, lean controls (19.0 ± 1.8 years, p = 0.68). After 3 months of healthy lifestyle, anthropometric measurements, body composition, blood pressure, lipid profile, fasting blood glucose and endothelial function (flow-mediated vasodilatation, FMD) were assessed. At baseline, obese patients had higher body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference (WC), higher triglycerides and total cholesterol (TC) levels, and lower HDL-c. After the intervention, the obese adolescents underwent the same measurements except for TC. WC was significantly decreased, and the blood pressure was lower in the obese group than the control group

It’s been a rough year so far for Elder Scrolls Online. Originally set to release on the PC in the third quarter of 2014, it was pushed back to February 2015, then pushed back again to the current ETA of summer. Originally it was going to work hand-in-hand with the free-to-play ESO Plus expansion, but that’s no longer the case.

A quest for character creation
The Elder Scrolls Online allows for a wide variety of character creation for PC players: race, gender, body type, skill set and many more. In early feedback, we had a lot of requests from PC players, like a more robust character creation experience that could be made to fit people’s needs more easily, and players wondered if the same would be available to Xbox One and PS4 players too. Thankfully, we now have full character creation for Xbox One and PS4 at a similar level of fluidity, details and customizability as our PC player.
